Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad
  • 2 medium Heirloom Tomatoes. Chopped and drained
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 avocado, peeled pitted and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Combine the tomato, mango, jalapeno, garlic and avocado in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the lime juice, honey and salt. Toss with the fruit. Add the cilantro. Place in a pint Milkhouse Creamery Crock. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips or spooned over grilled chicken.
