Shipping policy
Your retail order typically ships within 2 business days. Allow 3-5 days for standard shipping. Standard shipping is via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to ship. Please contact the Customer Success Team if you have questions about when your order will be delivered.
Returns, damaged items, and order mixups
Any damage or order discrepancy claims should be submitted to Milkhouse Candles within 5 days of receiving the order, via email, at sales@milkhousecandles.com. Please reference order number, jar size, fragrance and quantity. It is also helpful to attach images of damage, and an image of the base label, if possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us using the email listed above for instructions regarding returns.
